Registration Information

For the Trade Only
Offinger's Handcrafted Marketplaces are wholesale Markets exclusively for the trade. Only those who qualify and are involved in the wholesale buying process for resale of goods are considered for admission to these Markets.

VIP Buyer Badge
Pre-register now for your VIP Buyer Badge and receive a renewable VIP Buyer Badge valid for three years (limit four badges per company). To qualify prior to the Show:

  1. Download and complete the VIP Buyer Badge Application Form

  2. Include photocopies of ALL required business identifications
  3. Mail or fax to:

Application with required identifications received prior to the specified date on the Form will be mailed badges in advance of the Show. When you arrive at the Show, simply go to the VIP Buyer Registration Counter, pick up your badge holder and receive the official trade Show Directory with important Market information. As you enter the Show, your badge will be scanned and you're on your way. No more standing in lines and having to bring business credentials! It's that easy!


ADMISSION POLICY AND
REQUIRED BUSINESS IDENTIFICATION
 
    For a Retail/Commercially Located Business, copies of all of the following are required:
  1. Photo ID and Vendor's License (State Resale Certificate) and photos of the inside and outside of your store. (ALL REQUIRED)
  2. Two of the following pieces of business identification:
    • Current Federal Tax Certificate
    • Yellow Pages listing or Publication Advertisement
    • Four recent wholesale invoices for over $200 net from an industry supplier
    • Store/Commercial lease indicating type of business as retail
    • Company check or company credit card
  3. One of the following pieces of employment identification:
    • Copy of cancelled company payroll check or payroll stub
    • Personalized, imprinted business card
    • Copy of W-2 form
    • Company credit card with company name and employee name


    Home-based business/crafters - copies of all of the following are required:
  1. Photo I.D., Vendor's License (State Tax Resale Certificate) and a personalized business card
  2. Imprinted business check in the business name (personal checks not accepted)
  3. Copies of current year invoices showing at least $2000 total in wholesale purchases from gift-related vendors
  4. Photos of your product display and sales area or copy of space rental agreement from craft show, bazaar, etc.

    Guest Badge: $25.00
    Guest badges are discouraged, but should the need arise, circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A guest must be accompanies by a registered VIP buyer. Guest badges are limited to one per company. A guest may not purchase product.
